NEMA 5-15P to IEC320 C13 SJT Shielded Jacket

PC Power Cord. Male plug inserts into a conventional home receptacle. The female connector attaches to a IEC60320 C14 male inlet. The C14 male inlet is common to most personal computers. Although the receptacle is rated for 15 amps most devices only draw a small amperage thus the 10 amps this cord is rated for is most often adequate however, consult your owners manual specifications to verify.

A shielded jacket is designed to limit noise generated by your power. This is useful where cords run close to network cables which usually have UTP (unshielded twisted pair) jacket.
