Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Process and release production work orders.
- Coordinate production scheduling and workflow priorities.
- Track open work orders and monitor production progress.
- Identify material shortages or production bottlenecks and coordinate resolution.
- Work closely with customer service, planning, and operations teams to align production with customer demand.
- Support communication between departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Warehouse & Inventory
- Coordinate physical inventories and cycle count programs.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Oversee and coordinate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing.
- Ensure returned goods are properly documented, evaluated, and routed.
Quality Support
