Key Responsibilities

  • Operate injection molding machines and related production equipment
  • Perform assembly of molded components according to work orders and specifications
  • Follow job setup instructions and production schedules
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate as needed
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams to resolve issues

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience working with machinery preferred

Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

  • Process and release production work orders.
  • Coordinate production scheduling and workflow priorities.
  • Track open work orders and monitor production progress.
  • Identify material shortages or production bottlenecks and coordinate resolution.
  • Work closely with customer service, planning, and operations teams to align production with customer demand.
  • Support communication between departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Warehouse & Inventory

  • Coordinate physical inventories and cycle count programs.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing.
  • Ensure returned goods are properly documented, evaluated, and routed.

Quality Support

  • Assist with incoming inspections of materials and products.
  • Assist the Quality Manager with internal ISO audits.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, operations, or production coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with production scheduling, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety practices and general workplace compliance.
  • Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, production floor, and warehouse activity.
